The NLH-01 Hybrid has been designed specifically for those golfers that dislike the draw-biased nature of most hybrid clubs. The compact head size, tour-inspired shape, reduced offset; and Carpenter Steel face insert appeals to various player types. Each custom-built NLH-01 ships with a stock 8-gram weight. The adjustable weighting system allows you to tailor the swing weight to your feel preference and easily accommodates longer and shorter golf clubs with additional weight options of 4, 12, and 16 grams. Shaft Listed Special Orders

We sometimes stock items marked as special order in limited quantities to manage our limited space. Some special orders may take up 4-6 weeks and you will be notified of an expected ship date. **All Special Order shafts are reordered on the first week of every month.

True Special Order Requests

True special order requests will be handled on a case by case basis. We have tested thousands of products and feel our matrix covers most players but we understand every player has their preference. Please contact us if you have a special order request.

Shipping

We use UPS to securely ship all of our equipment. You can also pick your order up at our head office in Scottsdale, AZ. These options are presented at checkout.

We are not responsible for items above $100.00 if damaged, lost, or stolen while in transit. Unless you have purchased shipping insurance, you ultimately bear all risk and responsibility. We will do what we can to assist with any shipping issues although it ultimately falls on the carrier. Applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the importer or purchasing party and are not inclusive of shipping fees. New Level will provide necessary international shipping documents on all international orders.

Because all golf clubs are custom-built to order, and thus we do not accept returns of any kind on golf clubs. For other returns, please contact us.
