We take every step possible in the build process to ensure the quality of the components shine the way they are supposed to.
Our Process: Beyond the Basics
We don’t just assemble clubs; we engineer them for precision. Before your build even begins, we take extra steps to ensure each component meets our high standards:

Frequency Sorting Shafts – Although the manufacturers send us shafts with frequency numbers written on them, we put them our own machine and retest them.

Weight Sorting Heads & Grips – Sorting heads by weight is standard in the industry and we try and do this as tightly as possible. We also use high quality grips from the best manufacturers to ensure accurate weights. A rogue grip that's 5g heavier or lighter can change the feel significantly.
During the build process, we take it even further:

Swing Weight Matching – If you don't know what swing weight is, don't worry about it. Our builders know what the setup should get to based on the components and will do everything possible to keep it in a reasonable range. Every club is carefully calibrated for consistent feel and balance regardless of the player or the setup. If you have a specific request, we can typically get there (within reason).

Loft & Lie Adjustments – Each club is precisely measured and adjusted to ensure uniformity throughout your set. Even if you order standard loft and lie, every single club goes into the machine.

Every club we build is assembled in our Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters by skilled master builders who understand that precision isn’t optional—it’s essential. All of our builders are high level players and know the importance of feel. Unlike other brands that up-charge for meticulous build quality, we include these enhancements (like the best epoxy you can get) at no additional cost. Why?
